  • We have three options for delivery. Express, Ground, and 2 day. (These options show up when you checkout and click ‘pay’. )Depending on which one you select, will determine the outcome of your delivery time. Please see ‘Next day delivery States’ to see if your state will get your package next day. If you select ground shipping and live outside of those states, your package can take anywhere from 2-5 business days.

  • We ship from our production facility in New York City. These are the states that arrive next day

    (Please keep in mind, this isn’t next day from when you order, it’s next day from the date we ship.)

  • We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays . (orders Placed on Wednesdays, will not go out until the following week.) To have your order shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday, it needs to be placed by Monday afternoon at 6pm EST the latest.

  • Each order is baked fresh before shipping. you will always have a freshly baked batch delivered to you. Our Product stays fresh for a week at room temperature. We advise to freeze the cookies and eat when desired. Frozen, the cookies last up to 3 months.

  • Each cookie is individually placed in our custom resealable Pouches. Our cookies ship in our custom reusable black boxes which contain the cookies, a cookie info card, and our picture card with a special note on the back. These pouches can be placed in the freezer to preserve them for your desired time. You can leave them out once taken out of the freezer at room temp for about 20 minutes before eating, or microwave for 10-15 seconds for a warm fresh out the oven taste.

  • We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays . If there is a reason to expedite your order outside of a Tuesday, please let us know. If we are able, we will get back to you in 2-3 hours. An expedited fee will be charged.

  • We only offer refunds if the Product exceeds the promised delivery window, if there was an error in your delivery, or if you request to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it

  • Personalized notes are only for Large Purchase orders

  • Our Large Orders are orders of 10 dozen minimum. This allows you to add personalized notes, have the option for an assortment of the OG and Birthday Behavior only, and request a specific shipping day.

    Our purchase orders start at 50 boxes minimum. This allows you to add personalized notes, request a specific shipping day(s), be top priority, and have the option for assorted cookie boxes, as well as custom packaging with your own logo.

  • We do not. Only for purchase orders

  • Our main cookie is the ‘O.G.’ This will always be on the site. Some of our flavors are seasonal, some sell out quick, and some we bring back for limited time only. As a small business, we make available what sells the most. If a specific cookie is requested by you, and the order is large enough, we make exceptions and are happy to fulfill that request.
